hoopla is a digital media service that allows you to borrow movies, music, audiobooks, ebooks, comics and TV shows to enjoy on your computer, tablet, phone or TV. There are thousands of titles to choose from, with more being added daily. 

Important updates scheduled for Dec. 10, 2019

On Dec. 10, hoopla digital will push out increased security updates to their platform. During this time, some users may be impacted by a temporary service outage. Our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. Once the update is complete, you may need to update your hoopla digital application before continuing to browse and borrow. 

The hoopla service is only available for city of Puyallup residents, and allows a maximum of three downloads per month.
