Electronic Permit Submittal
Online applications may be made on the Development Services Portal for (3) types of permits: residential mechanical and plumbing, residential private property water and sewer repair, and residential re-roof permits.
ALL OTHER PERMIT SUBMITTALS: Email applications and necessary submittal documents to PermitCenter@ci.puyallup.wa.us
If files are too large to be sent via email, contact the Permit Center via email with the subject line: "Request for Folder to Upload" and include a project name. A Permit Technician will create a folder in SharePoint for you to upload all submittal documents to, emailing you back the link to the folder.
